I think they've had a few setups, plus they do tuning (for the sprinter kit, top two are Moto and delicious...) but if you wanna run the 335, a built engine is very very very recommended.

64mm?

I'm on 69mm myself

It's highly advised to lower the RPM limit to around 7000. This spins the supercharger to the same RPM as 7650 engine RPM on the 69mm pulley.
Who even made the 64mm pulley? Good call on lowering rpm though, I know at redline with the 69mm pulley you just over-spin the sprintex by a bit (well, what is recommended by sprintex).

It seems the 64mm would put the sprintex out of its efficient range?

I don't know about that, done right you can make massive power. There's that lotus running around twin charged with supposedly 800 hp from a toyota 1.8.

Yeah it's possible, and I'm pretty sure I've seen it done somewhere too, but when you're budgeting out something like that it's usually only that 'special' person who will do it to be different than the masses. It's more complex, and at the overall cost to get there most people just go with a 2JZ swap for that kind of power.

Not to mention reliability issues.

Just transplant a 2.0 L Volvo XC90 engine, comes twin charged right out of the box and probably better reliability than any home brew job. You will, however, need a hood with a big bump in it!
