For those interested, I just got my new replacement pulley in the mail today. Took some comparative pics and also weighed the original and new one.
You can definitely tell the new one is a lot stronger feeling and noticeably thicker in certain areas. Honestly, the increase in weight is added comfort for me. 1.x oz is not going to make a bit of difference IMO. Thank you Jarrett for the note inside too. Great job on this! Left = New Right = Old Left = new Right = old Old New

Here is @Munki's pulley. We just switched it out about an hour ago. Got within 0.1oz of @*LongFella's number on the new one.
We actually thought his old one was fine, until we got it off.
