The roof just above the windshield on mine looks as bad or worse than my bumper from flying rocks and debris. It is a car. I drive it. It gets hit by shit. I fix it or ignore it and drive some more. I will never be winning best in show at a meet but at least you can tell the car is used as a car and not a garage queen.

Yeah and don't forget about the windshield that looks like it's been sandblasted or the trunk lid that has had stuff dropped on it, some by me and some by those nice considerate folks in grocery store parking lots. Oh and all of the shopping cart dents too...

Ahhh yes the windshield that sparkles like a million tiny jewels in the bright sun. People that don't get stuck behind or pass salt trucks just don't get what thousands of dime sized chunks of salt will do to a windshield when they bounce off while traveling at speed.
My trunk lid is relatively unscathed since people here do not generally use other people's cars as tables. It does have a few swirls from brushing heavy snow off but they will disappear when I wax. Just my forward facing surfaces that look like they suffered through an explosion of some sort.

They get easier not to see when you get older, because you know better than try to get that low - because you know you won't be able to get back up -

The trick is to not wear my cheaters when I'm under the car, and then everything looks factory-fresh!

My front bumper has been through a fence in recent memory so it's totally messed up but even before that, I've scraped curbs, hit it with a jack and other regular wear and tear. I'll take some pics later but I'm at work right now so I gotta wait for the bosses to leave.

But I've got a new bumper that I've painted however the orange peel is unacceptable so I'm just waiting for a nice enough day some weekend when I'm not otherwise occupied to wet sand and buff it out before it goes on the car.

I was buying some spare tail lights from another younger user on the forum. When he pulled up in his FRS he scrapped the shit out of his front spoiler. He didn't seem to bothered by it and I was outside next to where he parked, it was a loud screeeeeech. @JCFRS

I have had many people look at me as I grind over a speed bump or slope. It sounds much worse than the results seem to warrant.

It sounds really great when the hitch smacks the ground coming out of a parking lot or driveway. Once the car actually got hung up on a drainage dip and the back wheels were barely touching the ground. I had to get pulled out by a guy in a CRV, that was embarrassing

I got hung up on a speed bump one time. Daughter and grandsons had to get out of the car so I could get off it. Probably looked hilarious to anybody watching.
