Welp. It's in the right spot, on the fuse panel under the drivers side. Why am I have all these issues :/

I'll check the wires tapping into the ecu

Wires wouldn't cause it to turn on from the ecu. How do you have the aux Charger connected?

I don't think the kit I bought from Fenton had an auxiliary charger.

The procede and voltage gauge is going into that 10a fuse which is in the right spot. Procede going to the controller box near the passenger headlight. Controller box receives power from battery array and then to the ESC compressor

Yeah I have the controller connected to the positive and negative terminals. The positive being the starter

A little update on the voltage problem. When I kinda know it's not working. When i'm driving around normal the voltage gauge stays around 28.7 which is abnormally high, when I give it gas it dips a little then shoots up to 30 volts.
~
After driving a bit or randomly lol. It will stay right around 28.1v and then it'll work with boost kicking in etc

Ok based on what I saw... I'm pretty sure it's the procede turning the controller off/on too quickly... Which is causing the charger in the controller to not know what state it's in.

As for the 28.7 voltage that's normal don't worry about it.

Guess you want a solution... We need to either modify the map to be more digital or deal with it.

Quick little update. I Taped some exposed wires in the controller box and tightened some connections in the battery array (when I plugged in ESC something sparked in the array)
Ever since we're back up and running
