That was nuts even with someone with a lift doing it, I couldn't imagine changing the transmission oil like that.

I just did this over the weekend.
It is a little bit of a pain, but even as just a one man team it was pretty straightforward. Using a fluid pump (or the Motul300 bottles with the flexible spout) makes the whole process pretty quick once everything is drained out.
The diff on the other hand.... that was more of a pain due to odd angles and gravity.
Diff, trans, and oil took about 2.5-3 hours and it was the first time I have done it. Definitely going to be quicker the next time around.
