We're selfish in the fact that we design things to help our factory cars improve first. This is not saying a twin tip version can not be aerodynamically efficient, but we hired Andrew Brilliant to help us and this is what we needed. After that we set about meeting the sound requirements.

Yes, there is more work involved to install a center exit muffler then a standard twin tip. There's also more work involved in installing our 4-2-1 headers because of the OP design. Again, that design was because of our specific track needs.

We're just a small shop full of nerds.

For the same reason Prego has 50 flavors of tomato sauce, there are 50 different kinds of exhaust systems. Not everyone like extra chunky...

Thanks for the support everyone and we'll keep updates coming regarding the twin tip version after the holiday.

My apologies.

How much of a difference are you seeing in cd between the center exit and twin exit?

No apologies necessary. We will have both versions soon and this discussion will be a thing of the past

I can't say exactly what kind of benefits the center has over the twin tip. We have spent a lot of time on the under-car aero and this design fit our needs (for the time being). With this kind of aero project we just listen to the pros, smile and nod.

Disclaimer- To those considering this center exit for aero purposes, be aware that we have a custom designed aero package. A single component by itself may or may not make a huge difference. Each piece is a collective part of the entire car.

The only position we're happy with is first position
