Thanks for the reply and recommendation. I'll check them out as soon as I can. Any idea how much this would cost? Just curious as I've never had a touch up paint job done before for such a small area

I don't think it should cost much. At worst I think it might take a light wet sanding and buffing.

I know someone that did the $1000 preorder, honestly if they were out right now I think we'd pick one up as a commuter. I have three in-law college age kids all with three beater cars 80k+ miles and breaking down. Since those aren't out I'm eyeing used Scion IQs. They just go to work and school and back home, plus they'd take up less room on the street in the neighborhood.

That was my thought. By the time these come out, I can, hopefully, be in a better position and something like that, all-be-it not as classy as my FR-S, could be used for work / school commuting and allow for a more "weekend" approach to my FR-S and save miles

Looks good! I made them take that crap off when i bought the car, because like you, I can't stand having it there! Quite impressed with the outcome!

Thanks! Ya next time I'll have them remove it for me. After fixing the paint, I had a slight urge to polish everything in sight lol

Does anybody have any expertise with LASIK eye surgery? I have an appointment with the team doctor for the Coyotes, Suns, and Cardinals and it sounds like the procedure is going to be out of pocket.

I have a friend in optometry school, a few that have gotten it done, and I had an evaluation done a few months ago myself. If you can get it done, you should. It's about $2000/eye and cuts out all the inconveniences of glasses/contacts. Your health insurance may be able to cover some of the expenses too.

My eyes are so bad and my retinas are too thin for the procedure, so my only option is ICL :/

Good thing it's only for 3 days while they replace the dash and attempt to kill the crickets

Good point. Maybe I can't even get the procedure.
