been watching recently, saw two whiteout '13 fr-s with approx 20-30k miles go for under 19k. One was 18500, and the other was 18898. everything else in the area have been sitting for awhile at 20k

I'm going to wait until later this year to start looking again. maybe they'll drop sub 18,000?

When buying used the first thing that comes through my mind is "Why did they sell it?" It scares me and makes me think theres a hidden problem.

Especially low mileage ones...previous owner of mine was a female in her 20s so i assume she had a kid

Idk if y'all remember me but I had just purchased a 2013 FR-S in Augusta Georgia and it was totaled after two days by a lady speeding around a blind corner and light. That one was Whiteout, automatic, with Borla AB exhaust, tinted windows, standard radio and trunk mat. Not too many options with ~5 miles, sticker price was 24,900 and I talked them down to 22,000.

Well Progressive couldn't hVe handled my situation and claim any better thank god. I began looking for another FR-S the day I found out the car was totaled. (Was very surprised because visually the damage didn't look that bad, but she hit me right on the right rear corner so it bent the frame which made the estimate skyrocket) I live in Atlanta but I have family in Augusta so I was looking for one within 100 miles of me, 200 miles of Augusta in Autotrader. I wasn't too picky as far as options and color goes but really wanted to get another Whiteout as well as Automatic because after 8 years of dealing with Atlanta traffic I was over having to deal with one during my commute.

I ended up finding one in Columbus Georgia that had 13k miles on it with the price unlisted. It was Whiteout, Automatic, Tinted windows, Pioneer Navigation, Works Exhaust, BRZ OEM Spoiler, HID conversion headlights, 2015 LED running lights, LED Tag lights, stubby antenna, and carpet trunk mat. The man that owned it had done a lot of work to it, a lot of things I would've done and took really good care of it. All maintenance done by Scion and documented.

First call they quoted me 25,900 which I knew was way to high and said never mind. Second call they said 22,900 so then I figured Id be able to talk them down a little more. I drove down and test drove the car and eventually got them down to 20k which is a little cheaper than KBB with everything it has so I was more than pleased. Especially since when I got the car up on a lift I discovered it has more Works exhaust components than just the AB I thought it had and when I looked up the Pioneer Touchscreen Headunit, I discovered it goes for $750 new 😊 Needless to say paying 20k for a bad ass car with many more add ons than my first one has made me very pleased.Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1405071019.958472.jpg

Arlington Toyota of Jacksonville, FL. They called me after i got my truecar.com quote of 700-1400 below MSRP to tell me they had the car and they would give me that price. I strolled on down there immediately and bought it. Though i priced it on a 2014 FR-S, they gave me the 700 off the MSRP of my 2015 instead. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The only option i did not get was the beSpoke audio. I am going to be bringing my car in on thursday to get the trunk mat, floor mats, rear bumper applique, wheel locks, and then have the paint protection film applied. the car was already Halo white, with the spoiler.

PS: Tripp - thats an awesome deal! I was originally looking at used FR-S in the Florida - Georgia area, but the only ones i found werent in such pristine shape, and the owners wanted too much for them/ werent willing to negotiate.

Bought a '15 Firestorm MT for $23,000. Although that was using the $750 college graduate rebate. But the only options it has is a spoiler and mudguards.
