Very impressive. On a side note will you post up a pic of that GC coupe in your garage? It's a beauty

Busy Saturday...

Removed the exhaust, driveshaft and fuel tank and lowered the rear subframe to replace the fuel/brake pipe assembly, what a job! But it's done and the car has brakes again!

Got the last of the underbody repairs completed tonight!

Now I'm just waiting on a tie rod end and a rear lower control arm to come in to set it back on the ground for good! Got the TPMS issue sorted out, got two new keys programmed, cleared all the codes from all the systems, took the SRS control module out and sent it off to be reset, installed a new battery & wiper blades. If the fender and front bumper cover get painted by Weds or Thurs I should have it completed by Monday. Then I'll be submitting the paperwork to the state to get it inspected and the title issued!

Tomorrow will be 30 days since I picked it up!

Once the title is issued, the track mods begin!

Replaced the left rear lower control arm...I hadn't noticed that it was bent until I pulled the fuel tank last weekend.

Wow Will, crazy good progress. I feel bad at the amount of work I have to do for Road America in a few weeks and I've done... nothing minus that 240 POS.

State of Florida rebuilt title application paperwork has been completed, packet is ready to be turned in on Monday. SRS airbag control module is expected to arrive back today and be installed. Hopefully the car can be titled and tagged later next week.

Great work on the rebuild. I'm in the midst of one myself. Need to replace the same area you worked on in the front inner fender, as well as driver's side rear quarter. My subframe was bent too. Eeek.

What was involved with the SRS programming? I have a driver's curtain bag deployed. I was hoping I'd just have to buy a new (used har) drivers curtain bag, fire it in, and reset the codes. I guess there's more to it?

Apparently the SRS computer stores data after any airbag deployment. I was told by my local dealer to replace any deployed components first and then see if the system cleared itself. If it didn't, I had 2 options, replace the SRS control module, or use a company that clears the memory. Mine didn't clear after the airbag and seatbelts were replaced so I sent it to a company called MyAirbag.com to get reset.
