How does the plastic/rubber surface compare with the WeatherTech surface? More or less "grippy"?
Someone here has to have the WeatherTech floor mats and the OEM trunk liner to compare.

You could cover up the deadpedal with a piece of bullnose stair tread from Home Depot, that will keep it from getting dirty, or attach said rectangular piece of stair tread behind the weathertech mat with some double-sided tape so that it is flush behind the mat. That should make the water flow into the weathertech mat, as opposed to behind it.

As for their logo, it IS just a sticker... you could pry it off with a screwdriver and clean up the residue with some WD-40. I prefer to leave it on so that people who see the logo and understand what mat it is will appreciate that I only chose the best for my car instead of some cheap shit walmart mat.

If I had a high enough post-count to thank you, I would have done so. Thanks for saving me some $$, always other silly stuff to spend it on ;-)

i have the subaru trunk liner/cargo tray and the weathertech mats. the trunk liner is "stickier" and actually fits better than the WT mats. the trunk liner fits perfectly - i think the WT mats could actually hit up against the edges better - i like how the trunk liner kinda squeezes into the trunk with no wiggle room.

You're welcome, and thank you for your kind words.

When you receive yours, why don't you return here and confirm for others that it is, indeed, very nice. I don't see how anyone else's product could be appreciably better.

They do, just not for the BRZ. Better question would be: Why Toyota doesn't make their own for LHD cars?

You don't know anything until you've actually put them in and used them through a few rainy or snowy days. Only then will you understand why they're worth the money.
