Oh I will. Its about 10-12 miles. I go fill up and bring back 10 gallons. I was running it for the past few months but my tuner told me to switch to 93 first then he'll tune e85. I have two maps one winter and one summer. e65 and e80. Good thing about ecutek you can store 4 maps and change on the fly no re-flashing needed. One thing I really, really like over the OFT that I had.

Once tuned for it I will run e85 mostly full time. I just ran a 14.4 @ 97 at the track NA on wednesday. Hoping for 13.8 @ 101 with the ESC...will see.

good luck, I want to see a real measurement of breaking into the 13's with the phantom, instead of just calculations.

Me too, its like no one goes to the drag strip with these systems. The track is very close me about 15 minutes so im there alot.

These times are on street tires of course. People have hit 13's on drad radials NA.

How can you guys use E85? I didn't realize that the FR-S/BR-Z was set up as a flex fuel car. Won't E85 be terrible for the fuel system if designed for E10? I thought E10 cars shouldn't even use E15 for fear of damaging the fuel system.

The same way everyone else uses e85. Get a tune. Most modern cars (due to the ethanol content already in fuel) are capable of handling e85. (Gaskets etc)

Does anyone run a check valve or different pcv system as to not pressurize the crank case? I assume this is happening how the kit is made currently.

Also I know its not necessary but anyone played around with a vent to atm bov just coolness effect? I wonder if it would even open...

So got my Ecutek tune tonight. Car is pretty quick. The MAP read about 4.5 psi avg. around 4K i'd guess tapering to 1.5 psi at redline. Took a decent amount of timing on the 93 octane almost as much as my NA tune.

Once thing I was surprised about is the "lag". Seems to be about a full second before you feel it.

What system are you using? Also what switch?

If I understand your question properly, sohjinn, wrb5titch and I all run catch cans on the pcv side with check valves installed. No BOVs though.

I'm also running a check valve after the catch can.

Its the original WOT switch V1 kit. But I adapted to run the latest batteries. I assume the newer lighter compressor is quicker to spool?....but looks like I need to get a check valve. Anyone got links?

On a side note got back from the track on 93 octane which I will like never run again just have a tank full for the tuning. Just wanted to go to the track since temps are in the 50s...e85 this weekend yay!

14.2 @ 99.0 so ok... its faster than NA on e85 where I would trap 96-97mph.

Yeah I could never hookup with the ESC. I would just spin tires halfway down the track.

Nice trap speed. On e85+ESC you'll easily bust into the 13s. Thanks for posting your slip.

I was just having trouble off the line. The track wasn't prepped too good. Lots of race cars with slicks that night which tends to tear up the tracks vht. Also assumed I couldn't use my launch control...idk.

After first gear it was no issues. I also had quite alot of people taking pictures and asking "is that an electric turbo"?.
