Have you looked at the ARP brake cooling ducts to fill those spots? I think they make a part to completely fill in the turns and the space beneath it.

APR, but yes they make nice CF replacements with brake ducts. As for why, change the bumper...because moustache and grin!

Exactly! Thank you for conveying that. Thats exactly what i didnt want to do. Getting the BRZ and putting on a front bumper seemed like a better option than getting an FRS and putting on all the things i wish it came with (headlights, climate controls, HIDs). Some people here dont seem to realize that.

I would personally love to see this done. I bought a Limited just for all of the extra stuff that the FRS didn't offer. But ultimately, I much prefer the FR-S front bumper.

Consider yourselves lucky, I want all the features of the brz limited, the frs front, but I'm dead set on the car itself being hot lava. Aka, not going to happen unless I do a bumper swap AND paint the whole car. Lol

Just my personal opinion, buy the BRZ and turn it into the FR-S with the bumper swap and a wrap. It's way too difficult (electrically speaking) to turn the FR-S into the BRZ. The dual climate HVAC alone makes that a nightmarish and expensive task.

When I first saw the BRZ in pics, I hated the front bumper. Now that I own one, I actually like it better than the FR-S front. It's not as aggressive as the FR-S, but it gives the car a classy appeal. Just my opinion.

Ditto here, what I'd like is actually the JDM GT 86 Limited, but doesn't look like that will be an option, so it looks like taking the limited BRZ and making it an FRS would be the way to go.

I weirdly like the BRZ front more now, too. But do what you want; that's what makes these cars so cool is that there's so much that can be done to them! All you should really need is the bumper skin (make sure it comes with the tow hook cover), grille and indicators. They've fitted BRZ lights to an 86 before so that will work just fine. What you could do with the turn signal indicators, since you'll have the marker lights already in the BRZ headlights, is turn the FR-S ones into LED DRL's. Just a thought.

The BRZ headlight has an attached rubber pad, you won't see them because of brz's bumper design, when you install the frs bumper the little rubber will be visible so you will need to remove them.
