The thing with direct E85 tune is that the content of flex-fuel is very inconsistent, specially at place where they have to deal with a winter blend flex-fuel. I've seen E70 at one time. (of course that's using a baby bottle test method back then)

So if we buy this should we use the belt that came with the kit or the smaller blue gates racing belt...? Edit: Also how much power and torque are gained from this compared to the 70mm pulley on 93 octane?

Because there is more horsepower and torque to be had with a 69mm pulley, especially on E85. The boost difference is about 1 pounds of boost difference. Not a whole lot but does make a difference with various fuels and our latest tune designed around this pulley and of course larger pulleys.
You can keep using the OEM belt that came in the kit if you like. It is what is on my car currently and I have run it with this belt for at least 2000 miles now with no problems. On 93 octane we are seeing an increase of about 5-7 horsepower across the powerband with our current tune. I should have the dyno charts later this week to post online. Sprintex already has 69mm pulleys for the 210. And looking at the spec sheet for the 335, a 68mm is right at the limit of the max spin speed of that blower. So a 69mm is the perfect size to make. I've tried 80, 75, and 72 pulleys so far on the 335. We actually have a 69mm and 68mm that we are going to do runs with next week.

@DarrenDriven
I don't know if you're still tracking this, but one of the bolts on my kit that connects the charger to the intake header broke off. I know that by now it's common knowledge that bolts break on this kit, but I figured I would share anyway. The kit was installed in late April of this year so I guess the bolt lasted about 3 months. I'm not sure if it's relevant but the bolt broke off about a week after a track event at Streets of Willow and about 2 weeks after I installed STI motor mounts. In total I have only participated in 2 track events so far since this kit was installed. Both events at SoW (ccw), but this last session I shared my vehicle with my brother, so the car did 10 sessions total that day before making the long drive home.
