So, anyone got any recommendations on a paint shop? Think I'm going to go after some sort of aftermarket bumper, and will need to get it painted.

You might consider Custom Car Crafters on McNeil, I've had work done there and was very pleased. It was insurance work so I can't speak to cost.

Saw a black FRS with a body kit and a P&L intercooler/turbo at the last cars & coffee. Anyone know anything about the owner and his setup?

You just missed the 2nd annual Texas FT86 meet. The Austin group gets together occasionally at the Cars and Coffee meet or for a Saturday drive at Lime Creek. Welcome and looking forward to meeting you.

That would be PO I think, doesn't talk on the forums much. I think he got stuff tuned / installed at boostlogic.

Didn't think I would like the car without the sound generator, but after installing the TRD intake today, I'm surprised at how much quieter it is in the cabin. Haven't gotten to try WOT though, so judgment still reserved.

Now all I need is the TRD exhaust to complete the TuRD package

I beat a 350z by a half a car length on the way to work today..... wtf?

Probably going to chalk that up to bad driver. Either way, I had to get over a lane and it became a race to see if I was getting on the toll road versus the service road.

He was. I was expecting to lose, not actually pull ahead. I wasn't really intending on racing in the first place... lol. I was just trying to beat all the traffic and move over a lane, but with the N1, I guess it's a bit loud when I'm WOT.
