Does the bluetooth drain battery even when the car is off?

Just curious if a device is connected to the FRS bluetooth, will it drain the battery even when the car is off?

It is draining the battery if you have it off but its not draining fast. it takes time to drain all the battery. I give it like a day in a half to fully drain out just leaving the key in and playing the radio all day ..am I getting trolled
