Wish I had better shots of the wheels. Was the only nice day to pull the car out of storage.

I think there is a TE37 wheel in 17" with 5x100 and negative offset like -20 or something.
But I can't find it anywhere. Can somebody help?

Wheels themselves are 18x10 +44 with a 5mm spacer all around. Tires are 255/35 Federal RS-RR.

spacer for clearance or for more flush?

I just ordered 265/35 for my mag blue (same specs), wondering if they would have issues with clearance.

getting Hankook RS3, and they run slightly more square (closer to 275)

Front was for clearance. The tire was coming pretty close to the spring (I'm on PoweredByMax coilovers) and it would rub on *something* at full lock. Rear was just because I had the extra pair of spacers.

I have full details in the meaty tire thread, but in general the rear fenders are rolled, the front fenders are rolled where they meet the side marker, and the ebrake brackets had to be bent out of the way.

Gotcha, fenders are rolled from factory. Did you roll it further?
I'm running ST coilovers so I'm not sure if front will have the same issue.

Yes, some of the plastic liner from the rear was cut and rolled out further than the factory roll. I'm only running -1.2 degrees of camber in the rear so I'd imagine that if you ran more camber you probably wouldn't have to touch the fenders, but i don't know for sure.

It cleared but it was a bit too close for comfort.

Need some advice from the guys running TE37SL 18x9.5 +40 on what tire size I should go with. I am picking up some KW V3's coils as well.

I was set on MICHELIN PILOT SUPER SPORT 255/35ZR18 but am wondering if I would be better off with 245's instead? I don't want to roll my fenders at this point but want to avoid rubbing. Or should I be running a 265 even? I see that people run all these sizes but its hard to know if they have rolled fenders or rubbing issues.

Any advice would be great! Thanks

Gotta get some more photos but here we go
16x7.5 +46 5x100

205/55/16 bfg comp-2 a/s sport

I like them because they remind me of the Japanese hondas and toyotas back in the day. I remember many would have a nice set of TEs with modest but sporting fitment. The wheels had short spokes due to being 14"-16" and just produced a strong and lightweight sense of aggressive purpose to the car.

I'm totally seeing that too! Looks awesome. I love a car with a purposeful stance. Pretty risky (visually) going with a 16" on this car, but it looks fantastic!
