In Hong Kong the housing bubble is getting so bad, the developers are coming out with apartments that are only 175 sq feet, and I thought 300 sq feet was insane late last decade. So on TV they showed how with one of these new suites, when you sit on the crapper your shoulders are literally rubbing against the walls. Disgusting! Young people there are having such a tough time saving up just for the down payment to the point some are renting 100 sq feet human cages as temp solutions while they wait for a raffle (yes buying a place there is like buying sneakers thanks to rich mainlanders parking their hot money there, they are now doing the exact same shit around the world pushing prices thru the roof).

I hope they don't turn Canada into Japan where it takes 3 generations to pay off a mortgage. That's why Clarkson said in Japan the only place to show off is on the road.
