Scion Security System and The Series 10 FRS
I was curious to know if the Scion Secuirty System would be compatible with the Series 10 smart key/keyless entry system.
My dealer opted to have this installed at the port and I did not object even though the SSS is pretty unimpressive. That said, I just wanted to see if there could be any issues between these. Thanks. |

I wasn't even aware that Scion had finally made their security system available as an option. Are you sure its not some alarm add-on (like Toyota does with their Viper alarm package)?
Regardless, if it is the scion security system, then its designed to be installed cleanly without unnecessary cutting/splicing and should have no issues with keyless compatability. |
