where to purchase higher quality rims?

From anyone personal experience, where is a reputable and reliable place to purchase quality aftermarket rims? I'm looking at either Advan, Westport, or Volks. I love the TE37sl, but it seems a lot of people have them. I also like SSR as well.. my budget is about 3k for rims. I'm lowered on teins, my actual favorite rims are Advan Super Racing v2, but my wife hates them. I can spend as much money as I want, as long as she still loves the way the car looks. Not a bad deal honestly.

Check out www.rsvforged.com. If you can get over the jdm thing, they specialize in three piece forged wheels and are 100% made in usa. You can do custom specs, colors, etc. I originally bought a set of S1r meisters but wanted something different for the car since there are quite a few with works already

We've got access to all that for you as well. We're a distributor for Wedssport, and SSR, but we can also get you Work, Volk, Advan, and a few other popular options as well. I've got a thread about it here if you want to check out some pictures and other available options:

There are a few vendors I wouldn't hesitate to do business with again. CSG above is one of them. Autornd out in California another.

I happen to be selling a set of TE37SL's if you're at all interested. How far is Venice from Miami anyways? :P

*edit*

Just checked a map, you aren't very far at all.

If you love them, then buy them. It may seem like a lot of people have them, but that definitely isn't the case.

Agreed. In the end you're driving the car and you see it everyday in your garage. Don't let others influence your choice. I'd hate to switch to another wheel just because a lot of other people had it, yet everyday I open the garage door I have to view the wheels I've picked.

This. They only seem common because people on the forum post pics. I have the gramlight 57xtremes and i have never seen another twin with the same wheels (let alone the same body colour/wheel combo) in person the whole year and a half i've had them. and i live in socal where the twins are pretty common.

I like the NASIOC forum or member sales section. But I'm also a stickler for a good deal on parts.

I love my Forgestar F14's, custom made for me and under $2K.

I know other 86's have them, but I haven't seen one in person yet and none in photos with the same color I have.
