According to Jalopnik they will be airing the new season on BBC America one week after it comes out in UK.

I was under the impression that as long as you have the channel you're fine torrenting a tvshow because it's the equivalent of dvring it. But once the show is being sold it changes the legality.

Perhaps I'm mistaken...

It would be cool to see the 86 as the reasonably priced car for the season. I'm very excited for the new season, love the UK Top Gear.
