also @Wilsonk227, noticed you're an accord owner
thinking of switching over? I sure am. only a matter of time. are you on the DA forums by any chance?
YEAH! the numbers are different! slight subtle differences

and yes! @Maximania, lol i've actually been looking at the twins since it was first announced, been following it ever since. I got my Accord even though the FRS/BRZ was out on the market but that's only because i decided it'd be best for my family. My dad's car is kind of old and we'll never know when we need a car that fits 4. Soon though I'll be switching over i hope ^^. then my bro will get the accord lol and yes i am on DA didn't know i had a fellow DA member on here. I'm more active on this forum though, i think the DA forum needs some work. Seems everything is so cluttered up into one category lol

i was just about to mention that, the red is farthest away from UV light on the spectrum, easier on the eyes.

Therefore, BRZ.
agreed

Can't help but give nostalgia points to the BRZ. My first Subi, an '82 GL 1800, had amber lights too!

no it is the frs tachometer, it wasn't just some picture i put together but from an actual auto site i think, but it's just different angle and lighting. It's in a darker lighting so of course it will look different. you can even see the little Space invader patterns. If it's the gt-86 they look the same

I have a BRZ and I prefer the FR-S's. Especially at night. Kinda reminds me of Iron Man's HUD. Clean and simple in all (mostly) white. I thought I'd prefer the BRZ's since it reminded me of my Honda Preludes from the past...but that faded quickly lol. Never noticed the subtle difference in fonts until now. Details.

Nice! For me, I just kinda jumped onto my car without thinking about what I really wanted. It was a good deal and a v6, so I just went with it. It's a great car, but way too heavy and clunky. The BRZ is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for. With some more power, it'll be perfect, and I'm already mapping out my options for FI (still, there are sooo many!)

lots of people, right? its helpful to maintain the low rpms before it's broken in, and if you're really giving it the beans on a track or the road, then you can see the shift light in your peripherals. That's what I would imagine anyway, can't say for sure

I guess I should have said "who spends most of their time looking at the instrument's."

I much prefer the look of the FR-S gauges. The all red(ish) color of the BRZ ones reminds me of the POS Grand Am my wife used to have.
