I originally bought a new 2017 halo edition 86, and the next day they sold it out from under me. Then I bought a 2018 halo, and guess what? 4 days later when I CALLED them to see if my car was here, they told me they sold it to someone else. Twice this happened I had enough...
Got my self #304 release series 2.0 and I’m so glad I did. Just checking in! I’ll throw a pic up later today when I get her cleaned, just got her delivered to the West Coast from Jersey.

How could they sell a car that was already sold?

Both times it was from different Toyota dealers here in Utah. I put a down payment and they said they were bringing it from another dealer on another state. ( first was from Washington and the second from Colorado ) I signed all the paperwork and everything but they said the other states dealership sold it to someone there instead of shipping it to them

Here is my 572 of 1000. Just got my girl with 1500 miles ! Can you imagine?!
I was looking for RS1.0 but found this almost new ! But still in love with YUZU and TRD exterior taste of RS1.0

Just purchased #2 of 1000. I know#2 it sounds bad. It’s a 6 speed. I always loved this color ever since I saw it at the dealership in 2016. Now that I own it I have mixed feelings on the color. It is growing on me. I do like that it is a light color because it gets up to 115 where I live and it is a unique color. I already got one compliment from an old lady at the post office on the color?? My other favorite is the 2013 10’ Series Silver Ignition. I love how it looks blue. Not sure which one I like better.

I just sold my 98 Supra Turbo 6 speed that I have had for 6 years. I needed the money. I took a small amount from the sale and bought this car. Love the FR-S so far. It handles better than the Supra, stock vs stock. Not nearly as fast in a straight line of course.

I always wish I had either an Anthracite Metallic 93 or a Quicksilver 98 Supra. Those were my favorite colors and more rare than the black that I had. That is why I wanted either a Lunar Storm or Silver Ignition FR-S as they seem to be more rare and unique.

One small detail but good thing about this car is it has an armrest on the center console. Not sure how you can get by without one on the base and the 10’ Series. I have adjusted the clutch pedal engagement and just ordered a Kinugawa header and OFT.

Hey, can I ask what you did with the clutch pedal? I’m not happy with the action on mine, all my driving is in town too. I find it hard to get a consistently smooth shift, especially 1st to 2nd, and downshifting 3rd to 2nd. Was that your experience? I read about pulling out the clutch spring but I lost that thread, I hope the ask doesn’t highjack the thread.

FYI

Just had all 4 wheels replaced under warranty for the finish peeling off.

So take a good look at yours if you're coming up on the end of your warranty period.
