Stark Performance Paddle Shifter Extensions - My impressions - good!

I was provided a set of the Stark Performance Paddle Shifter Extensions for use on my car. Here's my inital impressions after a few weeks of use.

- Build Quality
These units are molded cleanly. The fitment onto the factory paddle shifters is perfect. There are no gaps in the cutouts where they adhere to the OEM paddles.

- Installation
Simple. Use the provided cloths to clean the surface where the extensions adhere to the OEM paddles. Make sure it is warm enough for the glue on the provided parts to set, and stick them on. Hold in place for the specified time.

- Fitment
Once mounted, they are sized perfectly to clear any of the OEM wheel and column mounted controls. I also have the Cravenspeed pod mounts on my car and they clear these as well when the wheel is turned. The cruze control lever sufficent room to allow use as normal.

- Use
The area on the extensions where your fingertips contact them is identical in feel to the OEM paddles. I typically will drive with my hands at 9 and 3 during both daily driving and autocrossing. The OEM paddles are perfectly placed for this hand position.
There are some times when you may have to relocate your hands when steering such that they are no longer at 9 and 3. In these situations it would be difficult to reach the OEM paddles. The Stark Performance Paddle Shifter Extensions provide
additional length which will allow you to be able to easily make a shift when your hands are anywhere between 7-11 and 1-5. This is VERY nice.

- Asthetics
The color choices for the paddle material and the silk screening go nicely with the existing colors inside of the car. They blend right in.

I feel that this is a good upgrade for any AT owner who wants to improve on the existing OEM paddle design.

Very cool! It should work to enhance the driving pleasure. I've always been hoping someone will do this one day. Finally it happened.

Stark sells direct on Amazon for a good price now, but you could always PM him. Has some of the best customer service hands down.

And like OP said these paddles are top notch and look killer. Make the driving experiance just that much more enjoyable with just a small change.
