Is this what they mean by panel fitment issues?

I've had the car for just over 3 weeks now but I just noticed this issue today. My driver side door at the top isn't flush with the quarter panel, it sticks out a few millimeters. I noticed it when there was a light source from behind the car, the top of the door cast a larger shadow than the bottom. It's just the driver door at the top, the bottom is flush, and the passenger side is flush all around too.

Attached are a couple photos to show what I'm talking about. I assume this is what that body panel fitment TSB was about during first launch. Anyone else notice anything like this?

I'll have to see what the gap looks like on my car from that angle.

The rear of the door is fine, it's just the front top that's out a bit. It's not a big deal I suppose (since it took me 3 weeks to notice it) but I think I'll swing by the dealer close to my house and see what they say.

It believe it was about the trunk flushing with the body. I noticed mine wasn't flushed perfectly, but my wife's Prius V isn't flushed perfectly either. So, I'm thinking it has to be off by like 1/4" or something dramatically like that.

I have the same problem with the trunk meeting the fender. On the passenger side the trunk is slightly higher in relation to the fender compared to the driver side. I also have condensation in the passenger side tail light.
