Wideband O2 into ECU
Okay, so I have a AEM X-series wideband gauge (p/n 30-0300) with included LSU 4.9 sensor hooked up to my ECU by replacing the stock secondary one. I did this so Ecutek could use the wideband instead of the stock front one, for more precise logging etc.
Problem is, car is running very rich and the readings are kind of erratic and weird.. But does anyone know if I need to program/do anything with the gauge/controller for it to send the right signal to the ECU? I have a friend who knows a little about tuning, and he said that was needed on the sensors he has used in the past, though that was never for a Canbus car such as ours are, nor with Ecutek (he has used standalones). Any help is greatly appreciated.

The AEM scaling is pretty standard 0-5v. Make sure whoever made the Ecutek map set it up right for a wideband rear o2

How does it read at lambda 1 compared to the OEM primary O2? Is the power to the AEM clean?

I have a ACE header, I hope I've installed the primary O2 in the right bung, same with the secondary/wideband.. Pretty sure the wideband is installed in the "lower" bung, the one closer to the ground, and the primary on the one closer to the engine. No idea if that matters.
