OFT - Calibration Code Changes?

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to tuning and just wanted some reassurance -- I currently have a Stage 1 OFT tune on my BRZ. When I checked my calibration code before I flashed the ECU, my calibration code was ZA1JK00D (MY2017 US 6AT). However, when checking again now, my code is ZA1JK01I (MY2017 EU 6AT). Is it normal for the calibration code to change after tuning?

I'm about to do a Stage 2 tune on the car and just want to make sure I download the appropriate files. Thanks in advance

I can't answer your exact question but sure your call ID should not change after the remap except Shiv has hacked for some reason your original maps.
If not sure about the stage 2 OFT just use your original ROM and copy the required tables from Shiv's stg2 maps, you simply loose FFT and LC.

it's normal, v4 tunes for my17+ US car are based on EU my17+ stock tunes
Shiv brought back the old logic of pre-restyle to the newer ones because it works better and it 's easier to tune

when you are unsure, always download from oft website the tune with same calid of your original stock rom, in your case ZA1JK00D
