Depends;
Is it making a weird noise when you're slipping the clutch?
The solution is change how you shift to minimize clutch slipping.

Is the clutch mechanism (clutch pedal, hydraulic slave, clutch fork, throwout bearing) making noise because it's no longer lubricated properly?
Lubricate it.

My '13 BRZ just got back from the dealer for the same problem. The problem ended up being the throw out bearing. The tech said that there wasn't enough lube on the clutch fork side which caused the bearing to rust. The clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, and clutch fork was replaced under warranty. The car had 21k miles ok it.

I'm at about 33k miles now. The sound came back about a month or two after the repair, but it only happens rarely. I get it maybe once every other week. I can live with that.

If you have it done by them while you're out of warranty it'll cost you about 2k. There's a TSB for the TOB but you're out of the timeframe for that too.

Keeping in mind that TSBs are simply a technical document showing how to correct known issues and is in no way a recall or even acknowledgement by Toyota that there actually is an issue. The dealers can still refuse warranty work based upon the fact it is a wear part. The good ones won't but they could.
