Wheel Directory: OEM 86 Wheels Painted White

Gives it a nice rally car look .
All these plati dipped stock wheels are really making me want to do mine!!!! I'm considering doing gold or gun metal for my whiteout fr-s. |

Nice! Make me want to do mine too. Did you guys unmount the tires while you spray the plastic dip? Any sanding, polish, clear coating?
How many cans did it take for 4 rims? Again, nice job from both of you (while and gold rims) |

I unmounted it's easier. 4 cans gets a good solid coat on them. Do somewhere in good light because it is easy to miss some when in a dark garage.

I went through several test panels before I ended up with rustoleum. Clear coat over plastidip, for example, is a real paint to take off since it causes the plastidip to break up into little pieces instead. |
