I've never used a pulley puller, so I'm not sure

Yeah, I also stripped one of my crank pulley bolts trying to go from the 100mm crank pulley to the newer 128mm crank pulley. So I guess at some point after my initial install the KW C30-94 kit now uses 128mm crank and 100mm supercharger pulleys instead of the previous 100mm crank and 75mm s/c.

If you guys are removing the blower from the car, you could always take it down to a local shop and have one of the techs zip it out with a 3/8" drive pneumatic impact, i have a battery powered one i use to remove the bolts during pulley changes. Throw the tech enough for lunch and its done in 2-3 minutes

I think I'm just going to bring my Rotrex into a local shop (TechnoSquare) to get the pulley off. This is all I can find from the internet on the matter.

hmm.. interesting. I'd have to take a look. i need to also find a way to data log on the track lol. all these places say nothing in car is allowed. I might have to take my yoga 2 and put it into tablet mode and lay it underneath my seat or something haha that way i can actually check my oil temps. unless someone else has any ideas?

otherwise i got one vote for the forester oil cooler lol anything else?

I am considering getting a UEL catted header.
Is it worth it? Performance gains? Running pump gas.

who has the Kraftwerks c30, tuned, and has gotten a time slip. I'm running tuned at 281whp with the SC and isis over pipe back (with resonator).

last night I ran it 5 times, and my best time was a 14.05.

and this is on factory tires, so I know I could have cut my time down with better tires.

let me know what you have done!

These are the steps I took:
1) remove the pipe going into the intake manifold to make room
2) take the cover off of the KW plate
3) disconnect the inlet/outlet of the Rotrex traction lines (tie them together out of the way temporarily with an adapter so they don't leak)
4) loosen fasteners going into and out of the Rotrex blower
5) remove tensioner pulley
6) remove 4 bolts (2 on the Y, and 2 small ones on the bottom right) from the KW plate, keeping the single large bolt on the left

Now you can rotate the Rotrex assembly counterclockwise on that single large bolt, dislodging from the urethane charger piping, and replace your belt.

I know it doesn't really matter but has anyone found a place where we can order stainless steel hardware for mounting the plate to the car? The rusting hardware looks terrible. Specifically looking for replacements for the socket head machine screws called for in the manual:

4. M6x1.0x30MM
7. M8x1.25x30MM
8. M10x1.25x25
9. M10x1.25x45MM

Everywhere I know needs large quantity orders.

Maybe mcmaster-carr? Sometimes, even my local ace hardware would have stainless steel hardware, but most likely would have to trim them to length.

I would not use stainless bolts for it. You might end up having galvanic corrosion on all the alu parts when you mix in stainless steel.
It might not become an issue in this setup, but it can happen.
