100 octane race gas: 91 octane ratio?

I'm from California where they don't carry 93 octane but I found a gas station that has 100 octane. I was hoping someone out there could help me with a chart of how much 100 octane to 91 octane to come up with 93. Any thoughts?

the price of 100 octane is crazy high. i cant see any gains from going from 91 to 93 noticable but you will notice the price increase. another downside is that if you do get a tune to make use of the couple extra octane points, you will be bound to stay within a certain radius of the station that offers 100

But wait a second...
Isn't the car tuned from the factory for 93 octane?
That's what is recommended - right?
I was told and read, that using 91 octane was OK
But if it's already set up for 93, and we put it in, we don't need to get a tune!

Just be sure the 100 octane isn't leaded. I'm not sure if they even offer leaded fuels out in CA, but I know at the tracks here in MI they'll have some 110 (somewhere around that), but it's leaded.

Why does California not sell 93 octane?

Uhhhh, just get tuned for E-85!

I'm currently using a setup that allows me to flip a switch between a 93 tune and a E85 tune; 300whp and 350whp.

I just have to make sure that I run the gas down real low and fill with the other gas if I want to flip from one tune to the other.

Lots of race fuels are leaded. Don't put it into your car unelss you want to kill your catalytic converters.

Yup Fatoni is correct. I've tried 100 and didn't feel any major difference between 100 and 91. Butt dyno said that the throttle response is a tad better but again that's butt dyno. At $8.29 a gallon(when I pumped), it can get pretty pricey fast.

Most if not all 100 octane here in Cali is unleaded.

We don't use E85 here, well at least in SoCal. Its eithe gas, hybrid or electric.
