Background:
Been into cars for awhile, and this will be my 9th car? Or maybe 8th? Mostly been into Honda's growing up, but have always been an avid car enthusiast. I've had a handful of S2000's and Civic's, and after the demise of my most recent S2000, I decided I didn't want to buy and build another one just like my last, so started looking into a variety of chassis... Here's a few pictures I could find of my previous cars from my build thread on S2ki. And its unfortunate end due to arson during the 4th of July.. In any case, was given a settlement by my insurance, and turned around and bought this 2013 Argento FRS. Nice, new and I came to find out it even has a 2014 Pioneer headunit. The day I bought it, nice and new with 27 miles on the odometer. Quite a great feeling to buy a brand new car. Over the last week, I've ordered new BC Racing coilovers, Whiteline front camber bolts which I'm currently still waiting for.. (3-4 weeks til I see them. ). And just yesterday, I received my Works Bell standard hub from Evasive Motorsports, and purchased a Nardi Deep Corn from my friends new company Rennstall. Installed it all yesterday, and was pretty stoked to know that the Works Bell hub came with all the resistors I needed, and my horn works! Please excuse the poor iPhone pics, only pictures I have at the moment. Have a few plans for it, which will eventually pan out once I recover from paying for tuition and what not. Was in Vancouver BC over the weekend, and was introduced to Ken from @KI_ZN6 / HID_Powerhouse. After talking to him for a bit about his car and his lighting options, ended up buying interior LED's, an HID kit, and also some Hilux clear corners with an amber LED bulb. He met up and installed everything for me, and overall made the transaction a breeze. Would definitely recommend Ken for all your lighting needs. Everything was nice, quality pieces, and definitely changed the look and feel of the car after changing all of the yellow bulbs for nice, clean white led light.
Also ended up picking up a Circuit Soul shift knob for my car as well. Neat 50-cal bullet converted into a shift knob. I just need to get the plaque tacked on so that it lines up nice and centered with the shift knob screwed on. Forgot to take a picture of the clear corners, but here's a quick interior shot at my work parking garage. Really enjoy the brighter LED dome light. |

Received my Whiteline Camber Bolts for the front in the mail yesterday, maybe I'll take some pictures when I get home today, but they're just bolts so.... Gotta wait for my BC Racing coilovers, and I think I'll be pretty slow with mods after that with school coming up.. |

Nothing too particularly exciting about the car. Passed 2k miles yesterday, and should have an oil change scheduled for this weekend. I did put on my clear corners along with the led bulb, looks much better than the amber.. Besides waiting for my coilovers, and ordering some piping to have a friend of mine fab up an exhaust for me, I don't foresee too many more expenditures unless I suddenly find a set of TC105N's for sale...

Sorry to hear about the S2000 man. That would kill me if it happened to one of my cars. At least you now have a sweet replacement!
