Rota Titan 17x9 +42

So I must have read a few threads wrong when i thought these would fit on stock suspension lol. I got Rota Titans in 17x9 +42 with 245/40/17 tires and they're rubbing on the fronts on the inside tire. Alignment settings are 1.9 camber up front 1.7 in the rear, other than camber bolts the care is stock. Just in case I even bought 3mm spacers all around and even that didn't help, i even stacked 2 spacers just to test fit and it still rubbed. so i was forced to reduce the negative camber up front to get them to fit. No I'll probably get a 10mm spacer and extended studs to get back to -1.9 camber or even close to it.

Just an FYI I weighed the rim alone and it was 18.6 pounds instead of the 17.6 that it was supposed to be. Didn't take a picture but i weighed it with the new tires.

Really depends on your tires. I'm running Hankook Ventus in that same size on that wheel and have several mm of gap between the tire and the strut. I don't have camber bolts but since they shouldn't change the relationship of the tire and strut I don't see how that makes a difference.

Yeah, I measured 18.8 lbs/wheel instead of the quoted 17.8. However my tire/wheel combo was only 42 lbs (and my stock tire/wheel/spacer combo was 43) so I actually went down in weight.

Yeah I just looked up the tread width for both the tires on Tirerack and its saying the Pole Positions i have are .6 inches wider and 3 pounds heaver. But I remember seeing someone ran Dunlop star specs in my size and those are the same tread width as the Pole Position.

Oh well, just some more info in case anyone is planning on running the same setup.
