New color appealing to the 80 and older crowd? That color looks good on sports utility/offroad vehicles but not sports cars.

This will ultimately kill the BRZ since the engine and design were contributions from Toyota, while Subaru contributed the chasis.
engine in the fr-s is a subaru boxer motor. The car is using subaru suspension. Electronics and car design/chassis are from toyota

The crosstrek comes down the same line and goes through the same paint booths. Makes sense from a manufacturing standpoint (just like the Crosstrek got a special edition yellow from the RS1.0). I'd rather we stole the creamcicle color, though.

Desert Khaki is shown as a choice for the 2016 FR-S on all of the dealer sites. The photos for all of the other colors have the paint code and color name in the image name. Desert Khaki is just "H6Q.jpg" - H6Q is the paint code for Desert Khaki.

I was hoping the next RS would be a British Racing Green or something
like the paint Super Street used on their FRS. Some redded out tails, hid headlights, and satin silver wheels would set it off nicely...

Must be a chop of some sort (or a Japan version). It has the rest-of-world TRD aero kit and Toyota badges.
