There was a "Khaki" tuner FRS back at the 2012 SEMA show that looked OK

New color appealing to the 80 and older crowd? That color looks good on sports utility/offroad vehicles but not sports cars.

The crosstrek comes down the same line and goes through the same paint booths. Makes sense from a manufacturing standpoint (just like the Crosstrek got a special edition yellow from the RS1.0). I'd rather we stole the creamcicle color, though.

Desert Khaki is shown as a choice for the 2016 FR-S on all of the dealer sites. The photos for all of the other colors have the paint code and color name in the image name. Desert Khaki is just "H6Q.jpg" - H6Q is the paint code for Desert Khaki.

I was hoping the next RS would be a British Racing Green or something
like the paint Super Street used on their FRS. Some redded out tails, hid headlights, and satin silver wheels would set it off nicely... |
