Interesting, particularly the "permanent death" idea. I'm also pretty sure Helen was modeled after my maternal Grandmother with a British accent.

I'm a little surprised and stoked!
I haven't had this many games to look forward to in a long time.

The only thing that matters in E3 is Nintendo today.

I used to play PC but only because I could torrent the games for free. I bought an xbox controller, hooked my pc up to the tv and played on the couch. Bliss - I know it's sacrilege to pc gaming cause of keyboards and all, but for the life of me, I could never figure out how one can enjoy gaming with a keyboard.

And I can't figure out why in the world someone would want to use a controller, so I guess we balance each other out. My just can't train my hands to play that way.

Do be fair though, I think it's what you grew up with. I played PC games all the way back to the early DOS days (Yes, Flight Simulator 1.0, all the Sierra and Zork games, Microprose).

I did own an original Pong game way back in the day, and also a Colecovision. From there, I didn't own a console until the PS2 and that was primarily for my kids. I played with them, but I could never force myself to play a solo game on it.

Pffft, I grew up with consoles and handhelds. I still prefer Keyboard/mouse due to the precision and versatility.

I will say though, some games are actually only built with a controller in mind, and when played with a keyboard/mouse, it feels horrible. This is mostly a problem in games that have acceleration attached to character/object movement.

Yeah the flight sim I used a keyboard with but I did buy a flight sim specific joystick for that later. I like some semblance of realism and the way people's screen flicks at light speed when they use a mouse is just so unrealistic. I want the motion to be slow and deliberate. Also I want to be comfortable and sit on the couch. But you're right, I did grow up using a controller. Nintendo, Sega, PS1 and then Xbox. Only then did I try some PC games. I guess it's what you're used to. Once I met a woman who was taught to use the mouse upside down, so basically the cursor moved on the screen inversely to the movement of your hand and I just couldn't wrap my head around it but to her it was natural.

nope, me and my friends who have been playing through 2 and pre-squeal are gonna this weekend though.

Also, it's ben changed, but CDPR put up a FAT middle finger to Epic games on Sunday.
It used to say "Eventually", not Coming soon.

Idk what CDPR is, but my hatred for Epic games is quite high with BL3. But that's off topic. I do plan to play the new BL2 dlc this coming weekend too
