Seems my post got lost. I've fit a 6' ladder for work. Also a 10' canopy and additional poles for SCCA. Surprisingly my full suspension SC Blur LT, although with platform pedals it barely clears the height.

I have a very specific question for someone who might be more familiar. I want to buy a used Herman Miller Aeron size B chair. Is there anyway I might be able to get one into my FRS?

I bought a size b for my wife. If you took it apart; you should be able to get it in the passenger seat or back seat; with the base in the trunk. I'm not sure you can take the stem apart though. The arm rests go all the way down to the base of the chair.

I'm thinking you could get it in the back seat fully assembled; on its side.

My dad and I have season tickets for the Panthers and always do tailgating before games. In the ol' tC this was never an issue with the hatch and the seats down, but it's gonna be really awkward to fit stuff into the FR-S i'm sure. Here's what we usually end up taking...

We have a newer grill than what's there (i'm the one taking the pic, the guy and girl were visitors), but yeah, definitely gonna be fun (and yes, the 10x10 folding canopy also goes in). We plan on making a dry run before the season just to see if it will all fit.

Talking 8' surfboard success w/ trunk lid closed!

Just picked up my FRS this weekend and was sure the one thing I'd have to compromise on was surfing. Figured I'd have to get some roof rack straps or something temporary to allow me to carry my board. Hockey gear, no problem, snowboards, no problem, golf clubs, piece of cake...but an 8' surfboard? No way. To my amazement I put the rear seats down and slid the passenger seat forward and laid it back as far as it would go and the the surfboard fits! The trunk lid even closes. This car is amaze-balls. Love it even more now

1 suitcase + 1 roadside bag + 3 shoeboxes + 1 medium sized guitar or longboard

After viewing the above photos I might suggest you guys look into the trunk lid liner offered for the Subaru BRZ. It sure is a nice appearance item and it fits perfectly.

Definitely, it's one of the first things I added to mine.

I have a keg-orator at my house, so I have, in the past, been able to fit a 1/2 keg in my '08 tC. I have a family vehicle, so I can haul kegs around in that if needed. But has anyone had any experience with kegs in the back seat/trunk of an fr-s/brz??

I think you could get one in the front passenger seat, but I don't think the trunk is tall enough. I suspect even with the front seat pulled all the way forward it would be a tight fit to get it in the back.

Yeah, I suspect that the trunk just doesn't have the clearance.
