Had @Ultramaroon and his awesome wife at our house for a visit. It was great! I can't believe how many incredibly great people I have met and spent time with as a result of buying this stupid little car. Love it!

its pretty great. we had a forum years ago for modifying stupid little pixel cars and while the site went down due to some bad management it was always active. well the group got together on a messanger page and turns out one of the guys got married! and one of his best men was a memeber from the forum

they met there back in like what? 2009 ish? its been ten years and i still chat with em. good times

cars are the alternative to music. universal langauge

Just got home from visiting @Sapphireho and his awesome wife. We had an absolutely wonderful, relaxing, fun-filled, long weekend.

Then I discovered that I unknowingly transported a shitty box of no-name mac & cheese across TWO state lines! SMH Wonder how many felonies I committed.

Wait... What was this all about again?
Amen, brother. That's how it has always gone in my world too.
Are we still talking about TV stands? I've been driving all day.

I grew up with the most awesome pool ever in my back yard. The people who owned the house I grew up in, before my parents bought it in 1967, put in a pool in 1965. The wife was an employee of the biggest pool company in norcal at the time, and the pool was first class and big. It went from a 3.5 foot shallow end to an 11 foot deep end. My parents restored it in 1985 for about $15k. It needed it again, or removal now.

So my mom decided to restore it now. I don't remember her ever swimming, just sitting watching us. She just spent $50k restoring it. It is beautiful. My younger brother can't stop giving her shit about it. "No one swims in it, it it a waste."

i said go for it mom. Your money, do what you want. She spent $50k just so she could sit outside and see the pool in all its glory and remember when we were all swimming having fun. Fuck yea. She has the money. Right on mom! I think my brother is too worried about inheritance. I told my mom I don't expect a dime, spend your money now. I expect problems with my younger brother when she dies, and me and my older brother have already agreed we will let him have everything, we are fine.

Sometimes the closest people to you are the worst.

You and your older brother have it dialed. Can only set the example. The rest is up to them.

After the Ultras left, I went to the dive bar. Won enough for my drinks and gave Jesse the bartender a $10 tip on a $6 bill, and had $65 more. Love Ida.
