Fuel injector seals blowing out
Hey guys I got a 15 brz. I recently rebuilt the motor myself and since then I’m having an issue where my direct injector o-rings at the top of the injector blow out. I buy the seals from Subaru themselves. Have replaced the clips holding injectors in. Checked fuel trims and they check out okay. The fuel system is stock other than being tuned on e85. Any help would be appreciated thanks

O-Ring part number wrong? Fuel rail installed wrong?
About the only 2 thing that could cause it. Doubt it is too much fuel pressure. |

16608JB010. I lube o-rings and slide the rail over the injectors then bolt it down. I figured it’s pretty much common sense with these but keep having issues. Thanks

I replaced the orings about 6 times before I just bought new injectors with them already on. Didn't have a problem after that. I also didn't have the tool for the orings

Are you putting the o-ring back up on? Have you read the manual on installation procedures? Common sense does not always work if there are any unique installation procedures.
