The 860 front end is fugly.

Not even a decent color, either.

Damn I'm glad I can't see the front end of my 86. I might even make a new-year resolution to get that thing off my car in 18. Could have been the light and color of the car, but my first thought upon seeing it was "JFC, what an ugly front end" instead of "cool, an 860".

IMHO the 2017 86's front ends are fugly as well. If I had to buy another one I'd get a BRZ. Just my 2 cents!

To me the expression on the car's face looks disgusted, like it's looking in the mirror and saying, "Holy shit I'm ugly."

Disagree. It's aggressive and exotic. The amount of necks I turn on the daily is insane. You guys are just so used to the old face that you're rejecting the new, that's all. It's a normal phenomenon. It's a more mature looking car that'll age better, you'll see.

LOL You have been on a front bumper quest since you bought the car. I would have thought you would have found something by now.

boredom
A severe disease infecting millions of people all over the world is which they constantly exhibit certain behaviours like lack of movement, construction of various pointless structures, doodling, talking about pointless things, and making definitions on UrbanDictionary.com.

There is no known cure, though the symptoms do seem to fade when victim is introduced to something time consuming or slightly entertaining, such as television or counting nails in a wall.

Though is it a very severe and wide-spread epidemic, it is not fatal, though attempts to get rid of the disease have known to be fatal at times.

Correcting improperly worded sentences on Urban Dictionary could help relieve boredom for some...

Yeah, but actually seeing it in that color and light, nasty. I don't recall seeing another 86 on the road and from the front. It's not attractive.

LOL. Free free to respond in kind.

I'm sorry, I just find a pathetically "agressive" plastic face to be pathetic. And I'm sure that is exactly why they did it, to add some "aggression" to a slow car. At least it could have been a little less aggressively ugly.

I don't know. Maybe my mods have improved things so that the car looks much more cohesive as a package, or maybe it's grown on me, but I actually love the way it looks and wouldn't want the previous years' front end. The only part that irks me is the plastic black fog light housing things. I'm hoping some aftermarket company will find a better looking solution for those.

OK, I went to google and looked at it real close.

Oh, I reckon it isn't bad ...... I just wouldn't trade my 2013 FR-S for one of them ......

The 860 might not be perfect, but it's an improvement over the 850
