Need opinions on my new band logo
We're a post punk folk band with slight jazz improv inbetween our sets. Our fashion designer came up with this new logo, i'd figure i'd share it with you guys and ask for a thought or two. We focused very much on the clarity of the logo so people at our gigs can go home later and purchase our 6 inch LP's.

Too busy. Like the general idea but people should be able to get a band title out of it BEFORE their brain explodes. Looks like a murder scene in it's current iteration.

It's not very original to tell you the truth. Red/Black is just boring now, and red/black doesn't scream Punk/folk with slight jazz improv to me.
as far as the logo itself, in a phrase I'd describe it as "Confined Chaos".

Hope the idea wasnt name recognition. Or hoping kids would draw the band logo on the inside of binders. Certainly wont be graffiti'ed anywhere. Wait...is the band named Rorschach....cause then maybe...maybe...it makes sense. Kinda.
