One more reason for me to dislike Erin park Toyota in Mississauga.
Was charged 176$ during my recall, because no plugs were available in the country and they had to order from the U.S.

No. I had bought the plugs on eBay because I was going to do it myself. After looking at a few YouTube clips and seeing everyone complaining about how I have of a pain in the butt it was. I think I could have done it but for $140 I figured it wasn’t worth the trouble.

The plugs are normally $28 each plus tax. So you would pay $120+. Sure the dealer marks it up even more if you have the do it.

Just realized I was in the Canadian forum. Oops

Just got my call my to tell me my car was almost ready.

"Hi Yousend, the car is almost ready. There was an error in our system and we qyoted you for less than the price of parts. The techs have been working on it for 3hrs so we should have charged you $350 + $110 for parts. Would you mind meeting us halfway at $200 instead of $100?"

Just told her no I was shocked and made her repeat thr price 4 times and make sure it was tbe right one before taking an appointment. It's not my problem.

Go buy a lottery ticket It's totally on them for not catching it before, I'm shocked the advisor booking you in didn't notice too though. At least two people there screwed up.

Made them confirm at least 3 times before booking an appointment. Not my problem.
