Magnaflow FP. If you're looking for a quiet FP, this is the only 400 cell catted, resonated FP I know of. Selling for $220. Bought new for $400, used for less than 1000 miles.

Full disclosure - I'm selling somewhat cheap because I couldn't get it to seal properly on the OP/FP connection with my exhaust setup. The fitment was perfect, but as you can see in the shot with the paint stick, the flange is bowed slightly outward. I've heard that you can seal a flange like this with enough force on the bolts. Or have it sanded flat by a local machine shop for $15-20. I had some track days coming up and didn't have time to mess with it, so bought a new FP. My loss is your gain.
