Body topic
Finally got my car after buying it back from the insurance. Surprisingly my subframe wasn’t damaged from the impact the lower control arm took the force and snapped at the thread. Now after inspection it’s obvious i have some work to do. I went through alot of diagrams seeing what i need and everything came up to $2200 of new Subaru parts like quarter panel, rocker panels(inners and outer), metal fuel hose since it got crushed, and some other stuff which definitely isn’t bad. I cant take it to get a body shop estimate until i get my suspension components to be able to roll it so i had to take pictures for the shop instead. Still waiting on the estimate, but while i wait whats you guys opinion on how i should go about this? I bought it back to $6k my cd009 transmission with just 750miles was about $6k alone. If I’m buying all new parts I’m hoping this is a 3k-4k job of just labor but if its closer to 10k I’m not sure if ill continue this project
