After upgrading to Limited from Premium I can say the AC fan control not only looks and feel nicer but the ability to more sensitively adjust the power of the fan is a big improvement. Premium has Off, Low, Mid, High. Low blows too strong imo and mid is pretty loud and high is pretty much unnecessary unless you want to heat up or cool the car fast.

So many things on the Limited made it worth the buy, hell even the Alcantara seats made me want the limited. Using the car for a daily driver, the little things matter to me so I spent the extra 3-4k for the Limited.

probably cuz the FRS is more or less identical to the premium and its a tiny bit cheaper so it sort of cannibalizes the premium BRZ. So it pretty much comes to

Low cost = FRS
High spec = BRZ

Basically the only reason to get a premium BRZ is if you hated the Scion brand and didn't want to pay for the Limited.

My wife is cold all the time when I'm fine. I love the HVAC dual-zone, we use it nearly every day.

Yeah, my dealer got a premium in first and was trying to sell me on it. I sat down and thought to myself, I'd much rather pay the couple grand and have the interior feel like a much nicer car.

You bought the wrong car. If you want the limited HVAC controls bad enough, then do yourself a favor and trade your premium in for a limited. It'll be less work than dealing with all the wiring nonsense trying to swap that out.

HIDs
Dislike the red shoulders on the scion seats
prefer the BRZ front bumper
dislike space ships everywhere

Absolutely hate push button start

Thats why I went premium, couldnt care less about scion brand, if that was the issue I could just swap to toyota badges.

At some point I would like to swap to the digital air controls, however it is VERY low on my list and will more than likely never happen

This is the main reason why I'm eyeing the BRZ Limited, turning it to a Limited GT86

or in my case, if you wanted a brz now and didnt feel like watching 6 months for a limited to arrive or want the bright red accents in the scion or wanted navi or hid or the drls. Which was the case 6 months ago when i bought mine.
