Oh nice, she cleaned right up didn't she? Hope it's not too difficult to keep that black paint looking sharp.

Looks so funny/out of place with the studded snow tires on.

Love the shot in front of the garage with the DRL LEDs glowing!

Sweet! The tread pattern reminds me of the Toyo T1 Sport tires that I used to have. Very nice.

What wheels will they be going on?

@Clipdat
They will be going on Japan Racing JR3, with 18x9 +40

@StraightOuttaCanadaEh
That was my first reaction as well :P But they are 225/40/18 also visible on the bottom of the label in the picture

Nice stuff, the JR3 will look amazing on the car and 18x9+40 seems like a nice fitment .

Oh yeah! Ha didn't see that. I think also the fact that they're sitting side by side exacerbates the width somewhat. I'm getting either 235 or 245 for mine, damn that's gonna look even wider

Got my new wheels assembeled today with some help from a friend

Japan Racing JR3 Mat Bloody Red - 18x9.0 +40 - Dunlop Sport Maxx RT2 225/40/18

We taped'em up to avoid marks and scratches.

We also monted them in the rig upside down, and only used the roller and the other thing to push down with. We never used the "claw". Again, to avoid scratches.

Now please excuse the poor image quality. Some are mobile, others are DSLR with bad lighting.

I also got the full paperwork from the DMV, and yes... its approved with KW Automotive suspension, but they are actually ST lowering springs made by KW Got it confirmed when we had the wheels off today.

So the car is lowered 30mm (1.2") in the front and 20mm (0.8") in the back, at the moment.

But do not fear New KW V3 Coilovers are already on their way from Germany with adjustable height, bounce and rebound ^^,

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but why a 225 instead of a 245?
