STI Group N Strut Mounts

From my research, Group N strut mounts, both front and rear for 2002+ WRX/STI will fit our cars. Does anyone have information supporting or contradicting my research?

Myles has been testing the fronts over at race comp. Rears are different.

I don't recall a Group-N rear for the GH/GR/GV chassis. Furthermore, even on the GD the rears were a frowned upon option due to how expensive they were. Front Group-N is a good choice unless you want camber plates or Whiteline Com-C (which I've never trusted for good reason).

I've heard that improved Com-C's are a couple of months out.

I agree though, it's unlikely that any improvement in the rear is going to be perceptible.

 I don't know if I'd believe that. Rubber splitting and bearing noise have been noted from those plates since ~2009.

Is this the part we're talking about: http://www.rallysportdirect.com/STI-...r-Strut-Mounts ?

Does anyone have experience with those on their twin? @Jive Turkey?

I ran them on my Impreza, loved them. Sharper turn in and quicker steering response, along with the suspension doing more of the work instead of the rubber in the bushing. Worth it when doing a spring/etc. install job.

after my whiteline com-c's failed for the 3rd time and caused other parts of my suspension to fail i switched to the group N's on the KW's and now run them on my AST's.

feels nice, no noises, no drama just smooth feeling unlike the com-c which were crunchy in a week.

i'm running 2011 STi rear tophats and the group n's up front. mine will actually be for sale soon and are mint so if anyone is interested lmk.

i dont know how much NVH or sharper turn in they off as i upgraded my suspension so its hard to say. but they are definitely firmer than stock, and the bearing feels great compared to the com-c even when those were new.

remember though, THESE DO NOT ADD CAMBER OR CASTER. i'm running a spc camber bolt up front.

Thanks for your input!

So if I got it correctly, you have this for the front: http://www.rallysportdirect.com/STI-...r-Strut-Mounts

And this at the back: http://www.rallysportdirect.com/STI-...r-Strut-Mounts

Correct?

NO NO NO. the fronts look pretty close to what i have but i'm honestly not to sure.

as for the rear 100% not it. those are not 2011 STi rear top hats. i'm using oem STi ones.
