Never ceases to amaze me how people who get caught doing this stuff always get angry or lie. I caught one dude who put a dent in my WRX. It was an 800 dollar repair! Luckily, that was taken care of. Still - it's funny how people get angry at you when your car was parked and it was all their fault.
