i'm getting confused reading the tire booklet

I got my paper work done at my dealership, so now i'm legally the owner of my brz but the car is still parked at my dealership lot buried in snow.

Anyway, i took home my ownership folder. In it, it contains a "Bridge Stone/ Fire Stone" booklet. I'm assuming my car comes with Bridgestone tires, not Michelin... But I can't find anywhere in the booklet where it says if the tire is summer or all-season. Anyone know?

Also, i thought the BRZ doesn't come with TPMS, but my tire booklet says the tire is "Run-flat" and all "Run-flat" tires must have TPMS. What's correct?

Probably the shitty bridgestone el 400 that come on every eco box from civics to lexus. They are all seasons and quite poor.

Think the BRZ only comes with the michelin Primacy HP summer tires. No tpms, and no run flats. Run flats don't need TPMS either.

People have reported delivery of their vehicle with non-summer tires, Bridgestone brand. Forget the exact model.

Note that the OP is in Canada and their vehicles are equipped a bit differently. I do not believe Canadian vehicles have TPMS.

Delivery of non-Primacy tires was only on the FRS from my understanding.

For those of you BRZ owners who know for sure you have a Michelin tire, could you please confirm you have a Michelin tire booklet in the folder, and not a Bridgestone booklet?

the Bridgestone booklet said the tire is Run-Flat. All run-flat require TPMS. so confusing...

All new cars sold in the US must have to have Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems. It's been law since 2007. Being a run-flat has nothing to do with it. I do not know what the law is in Canada, but I assume Subaru and Toyota would just fit all North American cars with the systems.

If you do have the Scion Bridgestones, they're Turanza EL400's, listed as "Touring All-Season" on TireRack.com. The BRZ's stock Michelin Primacy HP tires are rated as "Grand Touring Summer." Neither are run-flat tires.

Subaru Canada does list the Michelin Primacy HP's as the car's tire, so I don't know how you ended up with Bridgestones. Possible the dealer did that? Might want to check and see if they charged you for them.

He's in Canada we don't have the same law. The BRZ does not get TPMS here.

Scions have TPMS, Subarus don't.
