Our kit includes a heat shield to protect the battery from heat created by the turbo system. Better photos of the heat shield are coming soon.

In Arizona with summers around 120 degrees F .... I can't imagine a non-intercooled turbocharged car working properly.

Hope to see the dyno when it's released. I just don't like the idea of commenting with money to buy something without all the information provided up front

What? No intercooler near the radiator so I am assuming no. Do you know something I don't?

you;re using an air to air heat exchanger under an enclosed hood in an area of very little airflow? Why not use an air/water exchanger?

How does this retain the factory exhaust header?

I believe it replaces the overpipe, much like PTuning turbo kit does (although they have the turbo mounted low and also use an intercooler)

We haven't tested it, but just by looking at RHD engine bay photos it doesn't look like it will work.

The HP and TQ gain numbers are based on the difference between our own BRZ's baseline dyno numbers to our BRZ's dyno numbers with our Stage 1 Kit installed (all performed on our in-house Dynapack dyno), and then converted to flywheel numbers. We convert gain numbers for all our products to flywheel numbers (like OEM ratings). In regards to more specific numbers and dyno graphs, they will be released closer to the official release of the kit in November. Hope that helps. Cheers.
