That sounds really interesting. I've been toying with the idea of finding a good set of 7"s for the door and buying a little amp and calling it a day. Keep us posted!

Haven't read everything here but will this box be available empty? If so what is the volume of the box and mounting depth available to the sub?
I want a 10w6. I have a slash series amp that will be (and has been in the past) PERFECT. The slash series is amazing.

They sell it as a set, the box will be tuned perfectly for the 10TW3. Also, the 10TW3 has a mounting depth of 83 mm, betting the 10W6 is at least double that.

How shallow is your twelve? Rhetorical because it's more than likely not shallow at all. The JL Audio Power Wedge is 10" and specifically made to be shallow and this box works with that concept. Otherwise I'm seeing 8" subs being used in the trunk as a more optimal choice. Mmmmmm 12"...
