I know PayPal is going after them as I also had issues with a $1000 purchase. I put in a claim with PayPal; they credited my money (yay!) and are pursuing FA20Club to get their money .

Congrats on getting your money back! Quick question, how did paypal refund if their policy is up to 45 days?

If you call paypal and talk to a customer service agent directly, they can handle whatever BS any company is putting you through immediately. Somehow someone got my Paypal login info and billed a $34 and a $500 charge (I unfortunately had my bank account linked to the account, but no more) and a 5 minute call to Paypal had it resolved and back in my account in 2 days. If you just do the email option to refute, they will take much longer. Granted, all of this happened within the 45 day policy, but they were on top of their game when I called them up but I wouldn't doubt they would go out of their way to right the wrong after that period.

Based on all the replies (and not one defense), I guess I should be grateful I didn't end up with any of their parts on my car.

YMMV

You mean, he was at it back in Feb 2014? The video is kind of old, nothing new...
